Advertise in the fair guide

Invite your customers
Invite your customers to visit you at your stand during the fair. Send them an invitation/admission ticket, so they can visit your for free and avoid the queue by the entrance.
You can, of course, buy the tickets to a reduced price and will only be invoiced DKK xxx.- excl. Danish VAT per ticket used at the fair.

Web catalogue
The web catalogue is an online database, in which visitors can find information about the exhibitors and prepare their visit to the fair. The web catalogue can be found at xxxx.dk. Visitors can search for companies, and they can find demographic data and contact info for each exhibitor. They can also read a short company description.
The information will also be used for exhibitor lists, in the fair guide, for signposting etc. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you as an exhibitor check that all information has been entered correctly. Hereby, we ensure that your company name and other information will appear correctly everywhere. If you wish that the visitors can read a short description of your company, it is also your responsibilty to enter this text.
NB: If there are any errors in your company's demographic data, it is very important that you also contact the sales department on tel. +45 99 26 99 26 or at salg@mch.dk to ensure that all errors are also corrected in other databases.

Fair guide
The fair guide is free and is handed out to all visitors at the fair. The guide offers an overview of the fair and includes among others:
- An alphabetical list of all exhibitors incl. stand no.
- Floor plans
- List of activities
Therefore, it is very important that you enter your company information in our database, as they will help the visitors get an overview of exhibitors and the expo in general.
All company information in the fair guide is transmitted from the web catalogue. Therefore, it is important that you enter your company information, as it can help give the visitor a much better overview of exhibitors and the fair in generel. For the sake of registration in the fair guide, we kindly ask you to enter demographic data and other company information in the web catalogue no later than XX.XX.XXXX.
