Extended opening hours before official construction and/or after official dismantling
If you wish to commence constructing your stand sooner than the official construction period, please contact Supervisor Kim Lauridsen on tel. +45 9926 9866. The same applies, if you wish to extend your dismantling period after the fair. Please note that in both cases, our service functions will not necessarily be fully staffed.
A fee of DKK 600.- per day will be charged for construction/dismantling outside official opening hours.
Dismantling of stands
Dismantling of stands must not be started until XX:XX on the last day of the fair. Outside assistants will have access to the fair area from XX:XX and only on presentation of a valid work identity badge.
Entry from marked bays from XX:XX.
Compressed air, water, drain and power to the stands will be turned off ½ hour after the fair closes on the last day.
Entry and exit
During construction and dismantling periods, essential loading and unloading may take place during official opening hours (see above).
On the two last days of construction as well as every day during the fair from XX:XX - XX:XX, a deposit of DKK 500.- will be charged upon arrival to the fair area. The deposit will only be refunded if unloading takes less than 90 minutes.
All entry to the fair area must take place through Port 8 (Gate 8, Kaj Zartows Vej). A valid exhibitor badge or work identity badge must be shown.

If you need technical assistance, an extra power socket or the like, please contact Technical Service between halls D and E. Here, you can also buy/rent various items for your stand and/or print/copy.

Restaurant
The exhibitor restaurant is for exhibitors only. The restaurant is located in hall F and during the fair, it is open each day from XX:XX to XX:XX. The menu comprises a self-service buffet and the price is DKK 125.-.
You can pay with your MCH credit card or meal tickets. You can order meal tickets before the fair at restauranten@mch.dk. The tickets will be send to you by post and will be invoiced together with any other purchases you may make during the fair.
Unused meal tickets can be returned to the following address within 8 days of the conclusion of the fair:

Grocery Service
MCH Messecenter Herning's grocer will leave an order form on your stand the day before the fair opens. You can use this form to order coffee, candy, water, disposable tableware etc. Please return the completed form to the grocery service via the nearest information desk or the Organiser’s Office. The ordered articles will be delivered to your stand on the same day or the following morning. The Grocery Service is located between halls E and F.

Dry cleaning services
In collaboration with a local dry cleaner we offer dry cleaning services during the fair.
Dry cleaning clothes can be handed in and picked up in the basement of MCH's main building (near the wardrobe) during the below mentioned opening hours.
