Klar-til-brug
If you all you need is a plain stand with all the necessary furniture included, one of our ready-to-use stands might just be what you need. We offer both a basic shell scheme construction and a more exclusive modular construction. Ready-to-use stands are package solutions and will be ready when you arrive to MCH.
Practical information about stand construction
Stand rental includes the following:
- Requisite wall panels separating your stand from your neighbor(s) and sign fascia towards open sides. Both items are white. If you wish a different colour, this can be delivered at an additional charge.
- Daily cleaning, which includes dusting of furniture, emptying of bins and washing or vacuuming of floor area.
NB: Cleaning does not include exhibits and storage.
The stand will be constructed as shown on the submitted stand sketch. If you want the fascia to be mounted, please indicate this on the sketch.
Nails, screws and the like must NOT be used to attach objects to the fascia. The frieze must not be painted, wallpapered or have fabric, paper or similar attached to it. Any damages will be repaired at the exhibitor’s expense.
There will be no construction on stands with four open side. This can, however, be delivered at an additional charge.
MCH Messecenter Herning will provide a stand number.

Waste
During the construction period, flammable material up to a maximum of 1 metre in length can be disposed in the waste containers provided. During the fair, the containers will be located outside each hall.
Non-flammable material must be disposed in the container by 'Håndværkergården' behind Gate 8.
Subject to prior agreement with Technical Service on tel. +45 9926 9990, larger quantities of waste can be collected from the stand at the exhibitor’s own expense.
Large exhibition objects
In order to facilitate a smooth construction of stands, it is very important that larger exhibition objects have arrived and are in place on the stands as soon as possible. Therefore, if you plan to exhibit larger objects, which a truck or other transport equipment are needed to place the objects on your stand, please notify Kim Lauridsen on tel. +45 9926 9XXX no later than XX XXXXX 20XX.
You only have to contact MCH, if the exhibition object is wider or higher than 3 m.
Flower sale
During the construction period, you can buy flowers in the fair area between Halls E and F.
