Work identity badges
For safety reasons, work identity badge must be carried by everyone, who helps during stand construction and dismantling. The badge must be carried visibly and shown to the gate security guard upon entering the expo area and on request in the halls. You can collect a neck strap for the badge at the Organiser's Office by Entrance West.
You cannot enter the fair area without the work identity badge. Bagdes will be checked during the entire construction period.
The work identity badge is only valid during construction and dismantling. During the fair, exhibitor badges must be carried.
There is a limited number of work identity badges per exhibitor. If you need additional badges, please contact XXX on tel. +45 99 26 9X XX or at XXX@mch.dk. You can also stop by the Organiser's Office when you arrive to MCH and we will print the badge(s) you need.
Exhibitor badges
Your stand must be staffed during the entire fair.Everyone who works on the stand during the fair must carry an exhibitor badge. The badge must be shown upon arrival to and departure from the fair. The badge is personal and must be carried visibly.
The number of exhibitor badges per exhibitor depends on stand size. If you need additional badges, please contact XXX on tel. +45 99 26 9X XX or at xxx@mch.dk.
Credit cards
All exhibitors will receive a credit card, which can be used in all our restaurants as well as in Technical Service. It is not possible to buy on credit without this card.
The card is issued automatically to all exhibitors, and you will receive it no later than the day before the first day of construction.
Please notice: The credit card cannot be used until the first official day of construction.
All our restaurants are equipped with a barcode scanner, where you swipe your card. You will receive a receipt, and the purchases will be included on your final invoice after the fair.
